This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and distribute information through the Services.

By accessing or using the Services (including downloading our games), you consent to the use of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you are a minor in your country of residence, you must have your parents or legal guardian’s permission to use or access the Services. We take children’s privacy seriously so we don’t knowingly collect Personal Information about minors of 13 years or younger and if notified of having done so we will take immediate steps to remove such data from our databases. Unless stated in this Privacy Policy, your Personal Information will not be used for any other purpose without your consent. We will not actively collect Personal Information for the purpose of sale or marketing in a way that specifically identifies the individual. In other words, we don’t sell customer lists.

Amendments to this Policy
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to make changes, we will post an appropriate notice on the homepage of the Website at www.gamerizon.com/privacy. Any non-material change (such as clarifications) to this Privacy Policy will become effective on the date the change is posted and any material changes will become effective 10 days after their posting on the Website. The date on which the latest update was made is indicated at the bottom of this document. We recommend that you print a copy of this Privacy Policy for your reference and revisit this policy from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Services signifies your acceptance of any changes.

Collection of Information
We only collect Personal Information in limited instances, for example, if you contact us with a question or if you provide optional information requested through our Services. We use Personal Information to respond to enquiries and for service improvement. We will maintain the confidentiality of any contact information you provide to us and will use it only for the purposes for which we have collected it (subject to the exclusions and disclosures we have listed below) unless you agree that we may disclose it to other third parties.

Two types of information may be collected through the Services: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information. “Personal Information” is personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, credit card number, birth date and gender. It is always your choice whether or not to provide Personal Information. In addition, we may collect information from 3rd party services such as Facebook (ie. if you have ‘liked’ us on Facebook we will be able to see your name on our Facebook page but will not have access to any other information unless you provide that to us). “Non-Personal Information” is information of an anonymous nature, such as the domain used to access the Website, and the type and version of browser or operating system being used by visitors to the Website. Aggregate information, such as demographic statistics of our users (e.g. average age or geographical allocation of our users), number of visitors, what pages users visit on our Website, and average time spent playing our games may be collected by us or by third party services on our behalf.

Although the use of certain Non-Personal Information collected, used or disclosed through the Internet as described herein is not restricted, we provide information in this Privacy Policy about the collection of such information for the sake of transparency.

Use of Information
We collect information for the following purposes:

3rd Party Data: Analytics companies used by Gamerizon may combine non-personal information collected by Gamerizon with other information they have independently collected through other services about your activities. The use of such data (eg. reporting aggregate information) by these third parties is not controlled by Gamerizon and is subject to their own separate privacy policies.
Statistics: we also collect statistics about what actions users take when using the Services. Aggregate statistics that do not personally identify an individual will be kept by us and may be made available to third party analytics companies acting on our behalf.

Advertisements: Advertisements (eg. banner ads) appearing on our games may be delivered by us or one or more third-party web advertisers. These third party web advertisers may set cookies which allow the advertisement server operated by that third party to recognize your device each time they send you an online advertisement. Accordingly, advertisement servers may compile information about where or whether you viewed their advertisements and which advertisements you clicked on. For the privacy practices of such third-party web advertisers, you should consult the applicable privacy policy for the relevant third-party web advertiser(s).

Web Beacons: Some pages on the Website may contain electronic images known as web beacons. A Web beacon is a graphic image, often no larger than 1 pixel x 1 pixel, that is placed on a website and used to monitor the behavior of users visiting the website. When the html code for a web beacon points to a website that is to be used to retrieve a message, then, as part of this retrieval process, information such as the IP address of the computer that retrieved the image, the time the web beacon was viewed and for how long, the type of browser that was used to retrieve the image and previously set cookie values may be passed along to that website. Web beacons may be used to provide aggregated reports for advertisers, to count users who have visited those pages or to deliver co-branded services. Web beacons are not used to access Personal Information; they are a technique used to compile aggregated statistics about the website. Web beacons collect only a limited set of information including a cookie number, time and date of a page view, and a description of the page on which the Web beacon resides.

If we plan to use your Personal Information in future for any other purposes not identified above, we will only do so after informing you by updating this Privacy Policy. See further the section of this Privacy Policy above entitled ‘Amendments to this Policy’.

Disclosures & Transfers
We have put in place contractual and other organizational safeguards to ensure a proper level of protection for the limited Personal Information we do collect (see further Security below). As at the date of this Privacy Policy, we do not share Personal Information about you with any third parties. Our servers are located in the United States and accordingly your Personal Information may be available to the government in the United States or its agencies under a lawful order, irrespective of the safeguards we have put in place for the protection of your Personal Information.

From time to time we may employ third parties to help us improve the Services. These third parties may have limited access to databases of user information solely for the purpose of helping us to improve the Services and they will be subject to contractual restrictions prohibiting them from using the information about our members for any other purpose.

Important Exceptions
We may disclose Personal Information to third parties without your consent if we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property, other Website members, other users of the Services, or anyone else (including the rights or property of anyone else) that could be harmed by such activities. We may disclose Personal Information when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is required by and in accordance with the law.

We may also disclose your Personal Information in connection with a corporate re-organization, a merger or amalgamation with another entity, a sale of all or a substantial portion of our assets or stock, including any due diligence exercise carried out in relation to the same, provided that the information disclosed continues to be used for the purposes permitted by this Privacy Policy by the entity acquiring the information.

External Parties and Sites
Through the Services you may be introduced to a variety of third party vendors and websites. The privacy policies of these third parties are not under our control and may differ from ours. The use of any information that you may provide to any third party, or the use of cookie or web beacon technology by any third party, will be governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the website you are visiting. If you have any doubts about the privacy of the information you are providing on another website, we recommend that you contact that website directly for more information and review its privacy policy.

Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We use commercially reasonable efforts to store and maintain your Personal Information in a secure environment. We have implemented procedures designed to limit the dissemination of your Personal Information to only such designated staff as are reasonably necessary to carry out the stated purposes we have communicated to you.

Retention
We will keep your Personal Information for as long as it remains necessary for the identified purpose or as required by law, which may extend beyond the termination of our relationship with you. We may retain certain data as necessary for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, non-personally-identifiable data or if required by law. All retained personal information will remain subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Access and Accuracy
You have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you in order to verify the Personal Information we have collected in respect to you and to have a general account of our uses of that information. Upon receipt of your written request, we will provide you with a copy of your Personal Information. We will endeavor to deal with all requests for access and modifications in a timely manner.
